BOD/Committees

The administration of the affairs of the Association is by a Board of Directors (BOD).  The Board consists of three Directors.  The Directors are elected for two year terms that expire at the adjournment of the annual meeting at which successors are duly elected.  The terms of the Directors are staggered in order to provide for a continuity of experience.
