In addition to financial management Frankly Coastal is responsible for:

• Making regular inspections of the physical property conditions, which they do by attending the monthly walk-through, of which you are advised, plus any other notification of something requiring an inspection.

• Contracting for services, and monitoring of invoices on behalf of the Association, such as Greenscapes.

• Obtaining competitive bids for service and repair contracts as requested, such as the paint project coming up.
