ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC)

All neighborhoods and residents are subject to the Pelican Sound ARC Guidelines and Procedures. All Gleneagles residents should periodically review the guidelines as these documents are revised annually.  Documents are available at the administration offices or on the Pelican Sound website (please click) and select ARC Committee:

THIS INFORMATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND MUST BE ADHERED TO IN MAKING ANY CHANGES TO YOUR PROPERTY.

 

PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING ARC APPROVAL ON YOUR PROJECT:

• Read the current guidelines as they pertain to your project.

• Complete ARC application, following all instructions.

• Submit the completed application and attachments (if any) to the administration offices at the Golf Club.

• The Pelican Sound ARC will review the application and return it to the administrative office.

• Pelican Sound administrative offices will notify the property owner of the decision, and it will be recorded in the permanent property records.
